Terms of Service

Last updated: 03.09.2026

1. About the service

Pay Members lets the owner of a Telegram group or channel run their own bot for selling paid subscriptions. The owner connects their bot (a token from @BotFather), sets the plans their subscribers can buy, and the bot grants access and revokes it when a paid period ends.

The service is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger Inc. and is not an official Telegram product. It uses the public Telegram Bot API.

2. Who may use it

3. Subscribers' money

Payments from subscribers go directly to the owner — to their own CoinPayments account, their own Telegram Stars balance, or their own bank card. We do not receive, hold or forward that money, and we take no commission from it.

It follows that any dispute between a subscriber and a channel owner is settled between the two of them. We are not a party to that relationship.

4. Paying for the service

The service is paid for with a monthly plan. Each plan has a monthly volume limit; going past it prompts either an additional payment or a move to a higher plan. Current prices are on the plans page.

For card payments, Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the Merchant of Record. In that case the sale contract is with Paddle, and Paddle is what appears on your card statement.

5. What is not allowed

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, without refunding the remaining period.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it: Telegram, payment providers, hosting or planned maintenance can all interrupt it. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the most recent paid month.

7. Changes

We may change these terms and our prices. Material changes are published on this page, and continuing to use the service means accepting them.
